The Easely Summer Art Camp Experience

We have a fun and creative way for you kids to spend the summer! Join in on our Summer Art Camp, great for kids ages 6 – 12! Camp last for a whole week, and is filled with art projects designated to your child’s age group. Pick up your kiddos at the end of the day to see what new projects they create each day of the week! They will learn many new mediums and art forms to expand their creativity, such as: drawing and painting, portraiture, clay modeling, tape art, 3D and game art, paper construction, origami and much more!

Kid’s After

School Art Camp

Kids need an activity after school, and this the best way to keep them engaged and creative at the same time! Drop them off every day, or just a few days a week to participate in our self guided art enrichment program for after school. We will provide art materials for several projects and mediums that kids can choose from, and our artists are there to answer questions and guide them as needed. All ages can join! No registration needed, just drop off your child anytime from 12pm – 5pm. Pricing is based per project, see in studio for specifics. Pre-pay option also available.

Art Camp

Summer is a great time to enroll your child in Art Camp! Keep them busy and engaged in exciting art curriculums that teach new mediums and techniques in art, and allow them to explore their creativity! Summer Art Camp is designed for weekly enrollment. Sign your child up for a week of step by step art camp projects, drop them off each day and we take care of the rest! Must register in advance as space is limited. Our Most Common Questions About Our Kids Art Camp

Can I drop off my child early?

Yes, you may drop off your child up to 30 minutes before the start of Camp, as long as you notify and coordinate with the Camp Coordinator before the day of Camp.

What if my child can’t attend one of the days I signed them up for?

The Summer Camp registration is for a week long, with planned projects and curriculum, so if possible, it is best to try and attend each day. We cannot issue refunds or partial refunds on any missed days, however If you know ahead of time of any missed days, you can choose to pay the day rate of $70/day instead. Please notify us of any intended absences.

Can I enroll more than one child?

Yes, the more the merrier! We would love to have your children join our camps, whether they are siblings, cousins or best friends! You can make a special request in the comments of the sign up form to register kids of different ages and we will do our best to put them together in the same week.

Can I sign up my child for a week that is not their age group?

Yes, you can sign up your child for any week, regardless of their actual age. These age groups are guidelines for the art projects, and we tailor the difficulty and steps to that age group. If your child is older or younger than the other participants, and they can keep up with the instructions, they are welcome to sign up!

Waiver Information

Age Guidelines

Easely Art Studio’s Kid’s Summer Camp is for children ages 6 to 8 years and 9 to 12 years, however some exceptions can be made with prior consent of the Camp Coordinator on a case by case scenario. The participants will be divided into two separate groups depending on age. Sign up for the week of your child’s age group (3 available weeks options per age group).

Lunch & Snack Policy

You may send your child with a packed lunch or snack to enjoy during our break period (around 2:30pm). Food items should be in a paper, plastic, or reusable bag clearly labeled with the child’s name. We will not provide meals for your child for lunch time, and cannot leave the premises to purchase food from nearby restaurants. We will however include 1 snack and 1 water each day with their registration. Your child will receive their complimentary snack and drink in the afternoon each day they attend.

Medical Needs/Allergies/Special Circumstances

Easely Art Studio is not permitted to administer medication to program participants. In the event of a medical emergency, Camp staff will contact 911 professionals to administer first aid, CPR, and rescue in the best interest of the child. Parents will be contacted if care is administered. Any allergens or specific medical needs must be described in detail in writing and provided to the Camp Coordinator the day of registration. Allergy medications may be administered if directed in writing by the child’s parent/guardian. Parents and guardians are required to inform the Camp Coordinator in writing of any special circumstances which may affect the child’s ability to participate fully and within the guidelines of acceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, any serious behavioral problems or special circumstances regarding psychological, medical, or physical conditions.

Behavior Management/Discipline Policy

Easely Art Studio Camp staff will create a fun and safe environment for participants in the program. Praise and positive reinforcement are used as effective methods of behavior management. Children who do not respond to these methods or who are destructive to others or to property will be dealt with in a professional, positive, and timely manner to correct the behavior. Corrective measures includes verbal warnings, written warnings, and to the fullest extent, parent involvement and dismissal from camp. All incident reports will be discussed privately with parents/guardians and a copy of each report will be kept on file with the Studio.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Kid’s Summer Art Camp: Registration and payment for the Summer Camp must be completed and submitted before the first day of camp. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve the child’s space. Due to limited space, refunds will not be given. Participants may sign up for any or all of the weekly camps. There will be no proration of fees for any days a child participant cannot attend. If absence is known in advance of scheduled Camp week, parent/guardian may elect the day rate of $70/day instead.

Kid’s After School Art Camp: Day Camp participation is first come, first serve, and payment for attendance is completed at the time of checkout. Refunds are not given after the child has participated in any activities for the day.

Camp Pick-up/Drop-off Policies

Parents/Guardians may drop off their child at the designated time, no earlier than 10 min prior. If an even earlier drop-off time is requested, parents must speak to a Camp Coordinator BEFORE the day of Camp. Easely Art Studio is not responsible for children left unattended before business hours.

Parents/Guardians MUST pick up their child by the designated pick up time. For Summer Camps, pick up is from 5pm – 5:30pm. For After School Camps, pick up is no later than 5:30pm. In the event that parents/guardians are unable to pick up their child(ren) by the designated time, a late fee will be assessed of $5/per 15 minute increment past the pick up time. If parents are unable to pick up their child on time and notify the staff before the day of Camp, accommodations can be made, but are not guaranteed. Parent/Guardian no shows without communication will result in intervention from the authorities for abandoned children.

Terms and Conditions

Lost Tickets

All tickets are delivered electronically via email which is your eTicket. Please be prepared to present a printed version of your eTicket or an electronic copy of the ticket on your mobile phone. Each eTicket has a unique security code. This code acts as your ticket number for the event. In the event you do not receive your eTicket via email, or if there is any question about your eligibility, be prepared to provide another form of identification such as a driver’s license or the credit card with which the ticket was purchased.

Transfer of Tickets

You can transfer your eTicket to someone else prior to the event. Please indicate any transfers and the name of the new attendee when you arrive for your event.

Seating and attending as a Group

We guarantee that everyone who has purchased a ticket will be able to attend and be seated at the event. Depending on the event format we may not be able to keep everyone in their party together. It may be necessary to separate large groups into smaller ones or have individuals sit with others at a shared table. However, we make every effort to accommodate people and ensure that their party can be kept together. Help us help you and contact us at least 24 hours in advance at [email protected] or at (801) 810-7048 of any seating arrangements you would like to have. We cannot guarantee it but we can usually make it happen.

Refunds and Exchanges

Time, planning and resources go into scheduling public events. Because of this, there are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. We realize that a situation may arise that would prohibit a patron from attending an event for which tickets have already been purchased. If you are unable to attend an event please call (801) 810-7048 or e-mail [email protected] prior to the event taking place. Once your situation has been reviewed, we will make a determination, on a case-by-case basis, as to how to handle the transaction.

Cancelled and Rescheduled Events

In the chance that your Event will need to be cancelled and rescheduled, due to bad weather or other such unforeseen situations, we will automatically provide you a voucher to let you reschedule yourself to the new date of the Event when it is posted. If you are cancelling due to personal reasons and are unable to attend the event, you also may use the voucher to reschedule yourself into any other Event. Customer cancellations due to weather, traffic, availability, schedule changes or other reasons are not refundable, and must be rescheduled for a future event. If an Event cannot be rescheduled and must be cancelled we will attempt to contact you to inform you of exchange procedures for that event. Vouchers

If a customer cancels their registration before the day of class, they can self-voucher their ticket for another day. Tickets cannot be vouchered the same day, due to limited seating.

Membership Terms

Our Painter's Membership is designed to save you money on frequent purchases, and it greatly benefits those who try a variety of services with us. Because the Membership is billed annually, all sales are final, and no refunds can be issued after any benefits are used. If a customer requests to cancel their membership, they can do so at any time, but no refunds on the annual membership will be given, and benefits will not continue for the remainder of the year. Members can also renew their membership at any time, and purchase a new annual membership starting on the date of purchase and one year after. By signing up to be a member, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Private Parties and Private Events

You may move or reschedule your party 1 week prior to the start of your original date, as long as the new date does not conflict with other scheduled parties. If you cancel less than a week before your party, don't show up for your party or fail to communicate no shows and cancellation, your deposit will not be returned to you. If your actual party guest count does not meet the minimum required number of painters, your party will not be cancelled, but we will still charge the minimum amount. Please make every effort to fill your minimum number of seats, and remember, adults can paint too!

Alcohol Policy

If you are scheduling a private party in our Party Room, and all your guests are 21 and over, you may bring your own alcohol. Any alcoholic beverages must be served by the party guests, and you (as the party host) are responsible for all your party guests. Easely Art Studio is not responsible for intoxicated guests, drunk driving or underage service. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to enter the Party Room if alcohol is being served.

For publicly hosted events by Easely Art Studio, if there is an educational wine class occurring, minors are NOT allowed on the premises at all. According to the laws of Utah and the DABC, no one under the age of 21 can be in the studio if alcoholic beverages are being served. These 21 and over events will be clearly labeled in our calendar, and all registrant IDs will be checked at the door before every alcoholic event. For these events, alcohol will be provided in pre-portioned glasses of 5oz of wine, 5oz of champagne or 1 bottle of beer per person, no outside alcohol is permitted during these events.

Participation in any Adult or Children Events

It is the intent of Easely Art Studio to provide a creative, safe, productive and positive learning environments for all of our customers. This includes eliminating disruptive behavior so that all participating painters can enjoy their time in the studio.  Disruptive behavior will not be condoned and I understand and allow Easely Art Studio staff members to determine on their own if myself or my child must be removed from any participating event because of disruptive behavior.

I understand that if myself or my child participates in any event at Easely Art Studio and I agree to RELEASE from LIABILITY, INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS Easely Art Studio, its owners, employees and all persons participating at Easely Art Studio will not be held liable for any damages or injuries caused by any activity participated by myself or my child.  I understand also that I, or my child, do not have to participate in any activity that I do not feel is in my/his/her best interest.

Photographs and Video

I understand that Easely Art Studio reserves the right to photograph or video individuals present in these events, classes, and throughout the studio. Photography and video taken on premises may be used in a promotional capacity including but not limited to print materials, web site, print, social media, online or out of home media and other medium now or later developed.
